Sales Tax - Collins
Rhythmcraft is required to collect sales tax on shipments to California
residents. California customers add 7.5 %.
We require a 50% deposit
on orders in which custom work is done.
We can put an item in
stock on layaway. A 25% initial deposit is required.
You can send a gift certificate
of any amount to a friend. They can choose what they want from our web sight.
Just call or email us with the persons: name, email address and any message
you wish to send.
We guarantee everything
we craft. If you're dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly issue a
refund or credit your charge card immediately upon receipt of your return.
You have 30 days to decide if a purchase suits you. All returned items must
be in new condition.
All orders are shipped
via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. Please allow one business day for order
processing and at least 7-10 business days for shipment of in-stock items.
If an item is not available for immediate shipping you will be notified
by e-mail with the estimated ship date.
To have your order shipped
to you C.O.D. add $6.50 to the standard shipping charges.
of the continental USA - We can ship your order either UPS International
or by postal service. Payment for foreign customers will be accepted in
U.S. dollars via an International Money Order or Visa/MasterCard.
To return an item please
call, write or email for a Return Authorization at (949) 293-4749. Any item returned should be carefully packed, insured
and shipped prepaid. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Please send a copy of the sales receipt with your return.
We insure all shipments.
We rarely have damage in shipping. If a shipment does arrive with visible
or concealed damage you must contact the carrier (UPS or Postmaster ) immediately.
Failure to report visible or concealed damage within 15 days will almost
certainly result in carrier denying your claim. Please save original carton
as the carrier's inspector will want to see it. Collins will replace damaged
goods if notified by the carrier's inspector that our packaging was at fault.
